摘　　要：目的探索眼轮匝肌复合组织瓣在矫正中老年既往已行眼袋手术伴有泪槽凹陷中的临床疗效。方法通过对60例眼袋伴有明显泪槽凹陷畸形的中老年人患者在常规皮瓣法眼袋手术基础上以眼轮匝肌内眦处为蒂的眼轮匝肌复合组织瓣重塑泪槽凹陷畸形后缝合。结果本组60例患者术后下眼泪槽外形平坦,均获得满意效果。结论眼轮匝肌复合组织瓣在矫正中老年既往已行眼袋手术伴有泪槽凹陷中的治疗疗效较好,达到矫正泪槽凹陷的目的。Objective To explore the treatment effect of orbicularis oculi muscle composite tissue flap on middle-aged and elderly patients with lacrimal groove depression.Methods 60 cases of middle-aged and elderly patients with lacrimal groove deformity were repaired with orbicularis oculi muscle composite tissue flap based on conventional flap pouch surgery.Results All the 60 patients were repared and got satisfactory result.Conclusion The orbicularis oculi muscle composite tissue flap could achieve satisficatory in the correction of lacrimal groove depression in middle-aged and elderly patients who had undergone eye bag operation.[KEY WORDS]Orbicularis oculi muscle composite flap;Pouch;Tear trough depression.
