改良Z矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗44例单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的短期随访研究

摘　　要：目的研究改良Z矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的临床效果。方法选取我院单睑伴内眦赘皮患者88例,根据手术方案不同分为研究组(n=44)和对照组(n=44)。对照组行常规内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗,研究组行改良Z矫正术术联合重睑成形术治疗。对比两组治疗前后眼裂变化情况、术后瘢痕评分。结果治疗后3个月,研究组眼裂长度长于对照组,眼裂角、倾斜度及瘢痕评分小于对照组(P <0.05)。结论改良Z矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮患者,能显著改善治疗效果,减少术后瘢痕,应用价值较高。Objective To study the clinical effect of Modified Z correction combined with double sacral angioplasty in the treatment of patients with single iliac crest and internal ecdysis.Methods Eighty-eight patients with sacral epithelium in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group(n=44)and control group(n=44)according to the surgical plan.The control group underwent conventional internal humeral correction combined with double herniaplasty.The study group underwent new internal cutaneous correction combined with double stenosis.The changes of ocular fissures and postoperative scar scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after treatment,the length of eye cracks in the study group was longer than that in the control group,and the angle of lobes,inclination and scar was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Z correction combined with double sacral angioplasty for the treatment of patients with single iliac crest with internal iliac crest can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce postoperative scar,and the application value is higher.
