摘　　要：目的:考察就业焦虑和框架效应对自我和他人创业决策的影响。方法:随机选取189名大四本科生为被试,采用2(就业焦虑:高、低)×2(框架效应:正、负)被试间设计,进行实验研究。结果:(1)自我决策时,低就业焦虑的被试比高就业焦虑的被试更倾向于冒险创业(F=234.548,p<0.01),负性框架下的被试比正性框架下的被试更倾向于冒险创业(F=20.532,p<0.01);(2)他人决策时,高、低就业焦虑(F=20.532,p<0.01)和正性、负性框架下(F=1.406,p=0.237)的被试均倾向于冒险创业。结论:就业焦虑和框架效应对自我和他人创业决策的影响不同。Objective:to study the effects of occupational anxiety and framing effects on self’s and others’entrepreneurial decision-making.Methods:with 189 senior students as subjects,using 2(employment anxiety:high,low)×2(framing effect:positive and negative)of between subject experiment to begin the research.Results:(1)In self-decision,low employment anxiety tends to risk entrepreneurship more than high job anxiety(F=234.548,p<0.01);the negative frame is more adventurous than under the positive frame(F=20.532,p<0.01);(2)In other people’s decision-making,high-low employment anxiety(F=20.532,p<0.01)and positive-negative frame(F=1.406,p=0.237)tend to risk entrepreneurship.Conclusion:The employment anxiety and framing effect have different impacts on self and other people’s entrepreneurial decision-making.
