摘  要:针对级联型H桥整流器各模块直流侧输出电压不平衡问题,提出一种电压、电流双闭环控制的方法,对各模块直流侧输出电压进行均压控制。该方法电压外环采用滑模控制,电流内环采用PI控制,均压环采用减小耦合效应的控制器对共同占空比进行修正。最后在Matlab中建立仿真模型进行仿真,仿真结果表明系统具有良好的动态响应和抗扰动能力,能够实现单位功率因数运行及各模块直流侧输出电压平衡与稳定,证明了所提方法的有效性和可行性。Aiming at the unbalanced output voltage of DC side of each module in cascaded H-bridge rectifier,a voltage-current dual closed loop control method was proposed to control the output voltage of the DC side of each module.The out voltage loop adopted sliding model control,and inner loop of current was controlled by PI.The equalizing voltage loop adopted a controller which could reduce the coupling effect to correct the common duty ratio.The whole system was modelled and simulated in Matlab.The results show that this system has good dynamic response and anti-disturbance abilled,can achieve unit power factor operation and the DC side output voltage balance and stability of the each module.The validity and feasibility of the proposed control scheme are verified by simulation results.
