三自智能调节器在干法脱硫中的应用

摘　　要：针对大迟延、大惯性特性的控制对象,采用常规调节器达不到理想的控制效果。采用原调节器的测量值、设定值构建一个辅助调节器,并由辅助调节器与原调节器组合成三自智能调节器。该智能调节器具有自纠缠、自平衡、自(动)寻优功能。辅助调节器由比例、积分、微分环节构成。主调节器测量值经乘法系数修正作为辅助调节器的测量值,主调节器设定值经乘法修正作为辅助调节器的设定值。辅助调节器的测量值与辅助调节器的设定值的偏差经辅助调节器的比例作用构成辅助调节器的比例环节;主调节器的测量值经过三阶惯性环节,作为辅助调节器的积分环节的设定值,该值与测量值的偏差经过辅助调节器的积分作用构成辅助调节器的积分环节;辅助调节器的测量值与辅助辅助调节器的设定值的偏差,用三阶惯性环节搭建,构成辅助调节器三阶次微分环节。实践证明,三自智能调节器既解决了循环流化床干法脱硫超低排放的自动控制问题,又解决了火力发电机组负荷、温度、压力的解耦问题,具有推广应用价值。For the control object with large delay and large inertia characteristics,ideal control effect cannot be achieved by the conventional regulator,thus an auxiliary regulator is constructed using the measured value and setting value of original regulator,and combined with original regulator into a three-self intelligent regulator,which possesses functions of self-entanglement,self-balance and self-optimizing.The auxiliary regulator consists of the proportion,the integral and the differential elements.The measured value of the main regulator is corrected by multiplication coefficient as the measured value of the auxiliary regulator,and the set value of the main regulator is corrected by multiplication as the set value of the auxiliary regulator.The deviation between the measured value of the auxiliary regulator and the set value of the auxiliary regulator is formed by the proportion action of the auxiliary regulator;the measured value of the main regulator passes through the third-order inertia link as the set value of the integral link of the auxiliary regulator,and the deviation between the measured value and the set value passes through the auxiliary regulator.The integral action constitutes the integral link of the auxiliary regulator,and the deviation between the measured value of the auxiliary regulator and the set value of the auxiliary regulator is constructed by the third-order inertial link to form the third-order differential link of the auxiliary regulator.The practice proves that the three-self intelligent regulator successfully solves the automatic control of the ultra-low emission of dry desulphurization in the circulating fluidized bed,and also solves the decoupling for the load,temperature and pressure of the fossil-fired power generation unit,and has the value of popularization and application.
