摘　　要：2016年以来,"互联网+"成为网络流行语,互联网的创新成果深度融合于经济、社会各领域,提升了全社会创新力,形成经济社会发展的新形态。互联网+的时代特征对档案利用服务产生了深刻影响。论文主要借助对近期档案新闻案例的研究,提出国外档案利用服务的四点前沿特征:跨界融合的新态势,以人为本的新理念,文化休闲的新导向,开放生态的新环境。Since 2016,"Internet plus"has become a network buzzword.Innovation achievements of the Internet are deeply integrated into various fields of economy and society,promote the whole social innovation and form a new form of economic and social development.The features of“Internet plus”era have a profound impact on archives use and services.Based on the study of recent foreign archival news cases,the article proposes four frontier features of archival services in foreign countries--the new trend of cross-border integration,the new concept of people-oriented,the new orientation of cultural leisure and the new environment of open ecology.
