摘　　要：国内外关于农业龙头企业技术吸收能力的因子构成研究较少。针对此状况,论文选取安徽省115家农业龙头企业,采用访谈和问卷调查方式对其吸收能力进行实证研究。通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,得出农业企业技术吸收能力的因子结构为吸收与研发因子、试验与转化因子和支持与服务因子。并对因子结构进行了深入分析,从因子结构角度对如何提高农业企业的吸收能力提出相关建议。At home and abroad,there are few researches on the factors constituting of the technology absorption capacity of leading agricultural enterprises.Therefore,115 agricultural leading enterprises in Anhui Province were selected,and interviews and questionnaires were used to conduct empirical research on their absorptive capacity.Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,it is found that the factor structure of agricultural enterprise technology absorptive capacity contains:the absorption and development factor,experiment and conversion factor and support and service factor.The factor structure is deeply analyzed and suggestions on how about improving the absorptive capacity of agricultural enterprises are put forward from the perspective of factor structure.
