石英纤维桩与不同金属铸造桩在上颌前牙残冠、残根修复中的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较石英纤维桩与不同金属铸造桩在上颌前牙残冠、残根修复中的临床疗效。方法随机选择2015年1月至2018年6月至我院进行上颌前牙残冠残根修复患者38例,使用随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者19例,患牙22颗,对照组患者19例,患牙20颗。观察组患者给予石英纤维桩核以及烤瓷全冠进行修复,对照组患者使用钴铬合金铸造桩核以及烤瓷全冠进行修复。观察两组患者残冠、残根修复的成功率,并对失败原因进行分析。结果观察组修复成功率为95.45%,明显高于对照组65.00%,且具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论石英纤维与金属造桩相比,能够明显提高上颌前牙残冠残根修复的成功率。Objective To compare the clinical effects of quartz fiber post and different metal casting post in the restoration of residual crown and root of maxillary anterior teeth.Methods 38 cases of maxillary anterior teeth with residual crown and roots were randomly selected from January 2015 to June 2018.The patients were divided into observation group(19 cases)and control group(22 teeth),control group(19 cases)and control group(20 teeth).Patients in the observation group were treated with quartz fiber post and core and porcelain-fused-to-metal crown.Patients in the control group were treated with cobalt-chromium alloy post and core and porcelain-fused-to-metal crown.The success rate of restoration of residual crown and residual root in two groups was observed,and the cause of failure was analyzed.Results The success rate of repair in the observation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(65.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quartz fiber can significantly improve the success rate of restoration of residual crown and root of maxillary anterior teeth.
