摘　　要：目的通过回顾全国多中心临床大样本数据分析,验证应用多学科合作模式的生理调控、心理调节、音乐调理(PPM)临床诊疗系统,对治疗孕妇孕产期心身障碍(PSD)的临床效果。方法对2016年1月—2018年6月在天津市滨海新区大港妇女儿童保健中心等20家医疗机构的孕产妇心身健康门诊研究基地,应用PPM治疗罹患孕产期心身障碍的1 046例孕妇的临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果治疗显效率为62.33%(652/1 046),治疗进步率为36.23%(379/1 046),治疗无效率为1.43%(15/1 046),总有效率为98.57%(1031/1 046)。结论应用PPM治疗孕产期心身障碍疗效显著,同时对焦虑情绪和抑郁心境亦起到治疗作用。Objective Through a retrospective analysis on the multi-center clinical large-sample data,to verify the clinical effect of the physiological regulation,psychological adjustment,and music conditioning(PPM)clinical diagnosis and treatment system through application of multi-disciplinary cooperation mode on the treatment of pregnant women with psychosomatic disorder(PSD).Methods From January 2016 to June 2018,at the maternal psychosomatic health clinic of 20 medical institutions including Tianjin Binhai Women and Children Health Care Center,a retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical effects of PPM therapy for 1,046 pregnant women with PSD.Results Treatment obvious effective rate was 62.33%(652/1 046).Treatment progress rate was 36.23%(379/1 046).Treatment inefficiency rate was 1.43%(15/1 046).Total effective rate was 98.57%(1031/1 046).Conclusion PPM therapy is effective in the treatment of psychosomatic disorder(PSD)in pregnancy and childbirth,and it also has a therapeutic effect on anxiety and depression.
