CT应用于小儿神经母细胞瘤诊断及随访中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究CT应用于小儿神经母细胞瘤诊断及随访中的意义以及进行可行性分析。方法选取2014年4月—2015年4月进入我院进行小儿神经母细胞瘤治疗的25例患者作为研究对象,通过CT检查来对小儿患者的病理状况进行诊断以及在研究其在随访中的应用价值,分析将CT应用于小儿母细胞瘤诊断中的应用的准确率以及判断方法。结果经过CT检查,得到正确诊断的患者共计23例,其诊断的准确率为92.00%。患病儿童在治疗后的6～36个月内进行CT随访检查,其中12例患者在进行化疗治疗后进行CT检查,检查结果表明原发灶以及转移灶均呈现不同程度的缩小,瘤体内的造影呈现钙化、浓聚以及液化的现象增多。结论 CT检查是进行小儿神经母细胞瘤检查的重要方法,在临床的疾病检查中具有重要的意义。Objective To study the significance and feasibility of CT in the diagnosis and follow-up of neuroblastoma in children.Methods 25 patients who underwent pediatric neuroblastoma treatment from April 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled.The CT examination was used to diagnose the pathological condition of pediatric patients and to study their followup.The accuracy and judgement of the application of CT in the diagnosis of pediatric blastoma was analyzed.Results After CT examination,a total of 23 patients were diagnosed correctly,and the diagnostic accuracy was 92.00%.CT children were followed up for 6-36 months after treatment.12 patients underwent CT examination after chemotherapy.The results showed that the primary tumor and metastases were reduced to different extents.There is an increase in calcification,concentration,and liquefaction.Conclusion CT examination is an important method for the examination of pediatric neuroblastoma.It has important significance in clinical disease examination and it is worthy of promotion and use in clinical examination of pediatric blastoma.
