摘　　要：在我国高等教育大众化的背景下,高校教学状况与教学质量问题日渐突出,教学行为是否有效,将直接影响中国高等教育质量的优劣。所以,教与学的方式和效率是提高高校教学质量的关键。Abstract Under the background of popularization of higher education in China,the problems of teaching status and teaching quality in colleges and universities are becoming more and more prominent.Whether the teaching behavior is effective or not will directly affect the quality of higher education in China.Therefore,the way and efficiency of teaching and learning is the key to improve the quality of teaching in colleges and universities.
