摘　　要：在当今的军事领域,特别强调先发制人或后发制人的战略思想,而其内在的作战机理,特别是定量的分析,研究的还不够全面和透彻,为了准确揭示其作战机理,运用兰切斯特方程描述战斗时滞对作战的影响,并用解析法进行理论分析,得到运用先发制人和后发制人战略思想的一般条件,为相应的军事训练和作战决策提供定量研究分析的手段和依据。In today's military field,with particular emphasis on preventive or powers strategic thinking,and its internal operational mechanism,especially the quantitative analysis,study is not enough comprehensive and thorough,in order to accurately reveal the operational mechanism,using the lanchester equation describing the time Lag to combat the effects of combat,and the theoretical analysis,parsing method for using the pre-emptive and general conditions of powers strategic thought,to fight for the corresponding training and provide the means and basis of quantitative research and analysis.
