摘  要:目的探讨重组人血管内皮抑素(恩度)与紫杉醇联合应用对乳腺癌SK-BR-3细胞中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的影响。方法应用Western-blot法及免疫细胞化学法观察在不同给药方案下乳腺癌SK-BR-3细胞中VEGF表达的情况。结果恩度单药与紫杉醇单药均能下调SK-BR-3细胞中VEGF的表达,而紫杉醇单药下调VEGF的表达作用较为明显(P <0. 05)。二者序贯给药及同时用药均能下调VEGF的表达,而同时给药下调最为明显(P <0. 05)。结论恩度与紫杉醇联合应用均能够抑制VEGF的表达,同时给药抑制显著。Objective To investigate the effects of human recombinant vascular endothelial inhibition factor(endostar)combined with paclitaxel on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in SK-BR-3 breast cancer cells.Methods The expression levels of VEGF in SK-BR-3 breast cancer cells treated by different dosage regimens were detected by Western Blot and immunocytochemistry.Results Both endostar and paclitaxel could down-regulate the expression levels of VEGF in SK-BR-3 breast cancer cells,moreover,the effects of sinple paclitaxel application were more significant(P<0.05).Moreover the sequential medication and simultaneous medication of the two drugs could down-regulate the expression levels of VEGF in SK-BR-3 breast cancer cells,and the inhibitory effects of simultaneous medication of the two drugs were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both endostar and paclitaxel as well as combination application of two drugs can inhibit the expression of VEGF,and the inhibitory effects of simultaneous medication of the two drugs are more significant.
