卵巢透明细胞癌和卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌肿瘤标志物表达情况的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢透明细胞癌(OCCC)与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌(OEC)的肿瘤标志物的表达情况。方法回顾性分析22例卵巢透明细胞癌及27例卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌的临床资料。并比较两者CA125、雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)、细胞角蛋白CK7、CK20和抑癌基因P53表达的异同。结果卵巢透明细胞癌中CA125、CK7和CK20的阳性率与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌相比没有差异,而ER、PR和P53在两者之间存在显著性差异(χ~2=6. 146,P <0. 05;χ~2=13. 551,P<0. 05;χ~2=5. 559,P <0. 05)。结论卵巢透明细胞癌与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌中PR、ER和P53的表达存在较大差异,因而可用于卵巢癌的临床病例分型的辅助诊断,提高卵巢癌诊断的正确率,这种组织特异性的表达及具体相关性还需进一步的实验研究。Objective To disscus the tumor markers expression in Ovarian clear cell carcinoma(OCCC)and Ovarian endometrial carcinoma(OEC).Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 22 cases of ovarian clear cell carcinoma and 27 cases of endometrial carcinoma,the different experssion of CA125、ER、PR、CK7、CK20 and P53 between both carcinomas were compared.Results There was no significant diffenence in the positive rate of CA125、CK7 and CK20 between ovarian clear cell and endometrial carcinoma,but significant difference of ER、PR and P53(χ2=6.146;χ2=13.551;χ2=5.559).Conclusion There has significant difference in the positive rate of ER、PR and P53 between ovarian clear cell and endometrial carcinoma,and can be used as auxiliary diagnosis for the clinical case classification of ovarian cancer,then improve the diagnosis accuracy of ovarian cancer,and these specific expression in different tissue and relevance still need further study.
