胸腔内注射不同药物治疗肺腺癌胸腔积液的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析胸腔内注射不同药物治疗肺腺癌胸腔积液的临床效果。方法选取90例肺腺癌胸腔积液患者,采取随机数字表法分为A组、B组与C组,每组各30例,A组给予胸腔内注射顺铂,B组给予胸腔内注射金葡素,C组给予胸腔内注射顺铂+金葡素,对比三组临床疗效、不良反应及治疗前后血清VEGF的变化。结果 A组与B组相比临床疗效无明显差异(P> 0. 05)。C组分别与A组、B组相比临床总有效率均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。A组、B组与C组的不良反应发生率相比无明显差异(P> 0. 05)。A组、B组与C组治疗后与治疗前相比血清VEGF水平降低,C组治疗后相比于A组治疗后、B组治疗后血清VEGF降低更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论胸腔内注射顺铂+金葡素治疗肺腺癌胸腔积液可取得显著疗效,安全性较高。Objective to explore and analyze chest cavity injection of different drugs for pleural effusion patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 90 cases of lung adenocarcinoma patients with pleural effusion,were selected and randomiy divided into group A,group B and C group,each group with 30 cases,give chest cavity injection of cisplatin to group A,B group was given intrathoracic injection of s.aureus,give the chest cavity injection of cisplatin to group C+s.aureus,compare the 3 groups of clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and the changes of serum VEGF before and after treatment.Results In the clinical efficacy of group A and group B had no significant difference(P>0.05).Group C,respectively,compared with group A and group B,clinical total effective rate was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group A and group B compared with group C,was incidence of adverse reactions had no obvious difference(P>0.05).Group A and group B and group C compared with before treatment the serum VEGF levels decreased after treatment,group C after treatment,serum VEGF reduced more significantly,there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The chest cavity injection of cisplatin+treatment of lung adenocarcinoma pleural effusion by s.aureus can achieved remarkable curative effect,with high safety.
