摘　　要：利用高性能耐磨钢"高硬度、易加工"的特性,成功实现了新型混凝土搅拌车的轻量化设计开发。新车型罐体减重约20～30%。根据对新车进行的连续四年使用情况跟踪测量结果表明,其耐磨损性能约为普通搅拌车的4倍。而且,由于罐体具有高韧性、高硬度的特点,能够很好地承受清除余料时风炮的撞击。混凝土搅拌车采用新型耐磨钢设计实现轻量化升级换代将成为趋势。The lightweight design and development of the new concrete mixer truck has been successfully realized by adopting the high performance wear-resistant steel BW300TP"high hardness and easy processing"characteristics.The weight loss of the new model tank is about 20-30%,and the results of the following four years'use of the first batch of new mixers show that the wear resistance of the new mixer is about 4 times that of the ordinary mixer.Moreover,because the tank has the characteristics of high toughness and high hardness,it can well withstand the impact of the wind gun when clearing the remaining concrete.The adoption of new wear-resistant steel for concrete mixer will achieve a trend of lightweight upgrading.
