摘 要:原油的输量、温度、压力、密度和含水率是原油交接计量的主要控制参数。通过对输油管线交接计量输差的分析发现,输油温度对原油的交接计量起着相当大的作用,即随着温度的升高,原油黏度降低,输出压力减小,流量计的漏失量增加,交接计量的误差增大。因此,在不考虑输送过程中泄漏损失的情况下,将首站计量温度控制在45℃左右,且首末站的计量温度差控制在1~2℃之间;提高管理水平,减小取样、化验及流量计使用过程等环节的误差,可提高原油交接计量的准确性,降低计量工作导致的原油损失。Output,temperature,pressure,density and moisture content are the main control parameters for crude oil custody transfer metering.The analysis of the custody transfer metering error of oil transportation pipelines shows that the transfer temperature of oil plays an important role in the custody transfer metering of crude oil,namely,as the temperature increases,both the viscosity and the output pressure of crude oil decrease,while the flow meter leakage loss and the transfer metering error increase.In this case,without considering the leakage losses during transmission,through controlling the measurement temperature of the first station at about 45℃,controlling the measurement temperature difference of the first and last stations at 1 to 2℃.Through improving management level,reducing errors in sampling,testing and during the use of flow meters,the custody transfer metering accuracy of crude oil can be improved,and the loss of crude oil caused by the metering works can be reduced.
