摘  要:目的评估高频超声对不同程度腕管综合征(CTS)的诊断价值。方法对73例不同程度CTS患者(CTS组)及40例健康志愿者(对照组)进行电生理以及高频超声检查,统计分析不同程度CTS组相应超声检查参数的差异,并利用ROC曲线分析高频超声参数在区分相邻两组的最佳阈值、敏感性以及特异性。结果在诊断CTS方面,高频超声与电生理有较好的一致性;在CTS严重程度分级方面,面积比(R-CSA)和面积差(△-CSA)是鉴别能力较好的参数。结论高频超声可用于辅助诊断CTS,且R-CSA、△-CSA是评估CTS严重程度的良好指标。Objective To valuate electrophysiology and high frequency ultrasonography in diagnostic value about the severity of carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS).Method 73 patients with different severity CTS and 40 healthy volunteers as control group were assessed by the examination of electrophysiology and high frequency ultrasonography to compare the measured parameters among the different groups.And taking ROC currents analysis on two adjacent groups to calculate their optimal threshold,sensitivity and the specificity.Results High frequency ultrasonography and electrophysiological examination had a good agreement in the diagnosis of CTS.And the ratio of cross section area(R-CSA),and the delta of cross section area(△-CSA)were better parameters in classifying their severity.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography is a supplementary examination in CTS diagnosis,and R-CSA、△-CSA are sound index to evaluate the severity of CTS.
