摘 要:目的探讨学龄脑瘫儿童朗读和自发性言语状态下的语速特征。方法采集15例7~15岁学龄脑瘫儿童(脑瘫组)和15例正常儿童(正常组)在自发言语(看图说话)和朗读(朗读"休假"文段)言语状态下的语音样本进行剪辑,剪辑表达最稳定、停顿、重复、延长最少的一分钟音频,对两组受试者在两种表达方式下的每分钟音节个数(syllable per minute,SPM)和每分钟词语个数(words per minute,WPM)进行比较。结果自发言语和朗读两种言语表达状态下,正常组和脑瘫组儿童SPM(正常组分别为141.27±31.69、220.91±35.28个,脑瘫组分别为131.18±32.06、119.63±34.53个)和WPM(正常组分别为86.91±14.63、110.36±17.77个,脑瘫组分别为71.19±18.82、60.45±17.01个)均有极其显著相关性(P<0.001);儿童类型和表达方式是影响语速的重要因素,且儿童类型和表达方式对语速的交互效应极显著(P<0.001)。结论 SPM和WPM具有极显著相关性,儿童类型和表达方式均是影响学龄脑瘫儿童语速的重要因素,且儿童类型和表达方式对语速的交互效应显著。Objective To investigate the characteristics of speech speed in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 15 cases of 7-15-year-old school-age cerebral palsy children and normal children were collected from the spontaneity(material for reading,Appendix 1)and two speech states under"leave".The clips expressed the most stable,pause,repeated,and the least one-minute audio for the children with cerebral palsy.The numbers of syllable were analyzed per minute(SPM)and the number of words per minute(WPM)of two subjects of normal children.Results There were significant correlations between SPM and WPM in two speech expressions:spontaneous(picture speaking)and reading aloud(P<0.001).The type and expression of children had significant influence on the speed of language(P<0.001).The type and expression of children were important factors affecting the speed of language,and the interaction effect of children's type and expression mode on the speed of language was significant(P<0.001).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between SPM and WPM.Children's type and expression are the important factors affecting the speed of school age cerebral palsy,and the interaction effect of children's type and expression on the speed of language is significant.
