摘 要:以辽沈工业集团有限公司生产的管端平头倒棱机为例,简要介绍了倒棱机进给机构经历了液压型进给机构、变频电机型进给机构以及伺服电机型进给机构3个发展阶段。并对这3种类型的倒棱机进给机构的结构特点进行了分析,指出液压型进给机构结构简单,造价低廉,但其进刀不均匀,运行不稳定;变频电机型进给机构进刀均匀,运行平稳,但结构复杂,安装要求高,结构易损坏;伺服电机型进给机构部件精简,加工精度高,使用寿命长,是今后平头倒棱机进给机构主要的发展方向。Taking the pipe end flat chamfering machine produced by Liaoyang Industrial Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,the development history of the chamfering machine feeding mechanism was briefly introduced.The pipe end flat chamfering machine has experienced three development stages of the hydraulic type feed mechanism,the variable frequency motor type feed mechanism and the servo motor type feed mechanism.At the same time,the structural characteristics of three types of chamfering machine feed mechanism were analyzed.The results show that the hydraulic feed mechanism has a simple structure and low cost,but its feed is uneven and the operation is unstable.The variable frequency motor type feed mechanism has uniform feeding and stable operation,but the structure is complex,the installation requirements are high,and the structure is easily damaged.The servo motor type feed mechanism has the advantages of streamlined parts,high machining precision and long service life,and is the main development direction of the pipe end flat chamfering machine feeding mechanism in the future.
