摘　　要：文章从湖南省地方应用技术本科院校办学现状入手,通过对其办学的主要环节以及相关要素展开讨论研究,结合高等管理学理论和目前所面临的全球化和地方化发展背景,全面分析湖南应用技术本科院校发展中所存在的问题及其滞后的原因,进而针对国家正在的实施地方高校转型发展战略提出湖南地方高校向应用技术本科院校转型的实现路径。Through the discussion and research on the main links and related elements of local universities in Hunan,this study,which starts with the current situation of running schools for local applied technology in Hunan Province and combines the theory of higher management and the background of globalization and localization,comprehensively analyzes the problems in the development of Hunan applied technology undergraduate colleges and the reasons for their lagging behind.Furthermore,this study puts forward the implementation path of the transformation of Hunan local colleges and universities to applied technology universities,according to the current national strategy of the transition and development of local colleges and universities.
