摘 要:目的调查护士跨专业合作能力的现状,并探讨不同人口学特征对护士跨专业合作能力的影响。方法分层随机抽样,运用合作性健康保健跨专业调查量表对668名护士进行问卷调查,并进行影响因素分析。结果护士跨专业合作能力量表总均分为(4. 95±0. 50)分,各维度得分由高到低依次为:跨专业沟通、以患者为中心的照护、跨专业团队合作、角色澄清。多元线性回归显示,科室和工作岗位是护士跨专业合作能力的影响因素,可解释总变异的22. 8%。结论护士跨专业合作能力总体水平较高。不同科室和工作岗位会影响到护士跨专业合作能力,提示医院应采取针对性的干预措施来提高不同科室、不同工作岗位护士的跨专业合作能力,从而更好地应用到临床工作中,来提高护理质量及改善患者预后。To investigate the status of interprofessional collaborative competency of nurses and explore the effect of different demographic characteristics on the competency.We conducted a questionnaire survey for 668 nurses by using stratified random sampling with the Collaborative Healthcare Interprofessional Survey(CHIPS).At the same time,relative impact factors were analyzed.The mean score of CHIPS was 4.95±0.50,and the scores of various dimensions in descending order were as follows:interprofessional communication,patient-concerned care,interprofessional teamwork and role clarification.The multivariate regression analysis showed that department and position were associated with interprofessional collaborative competency,which explained 22.8%of the total variance.The level of interprofessional collaborative competency of the nurses is high.The factors that affected interprofessional collaborative competency of nurses are different departments and positions.It is indicated that targeted intervention should be carried out to improve interprofessional collaborative competencies of nurses so that strengthen the quality of nursing and health outcome of patients.
