益生菌联合四联疗法治疗老年人群幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨益生菌联合四联疗法对于老年人群幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗效果。方法我院接受治疗的浅表性胃炎Hp阳性老年患者124例,按随机数字表法分为两组各62例。两组均给予四联疗法(雷贝拉唑+阿莫西林+左氧氟沙星+枸橼酸铋钾)治疗,观察组在此基础上加服益生菌(双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片),观察两组疗效。结果观察组Hp根除率、治愈率、显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论益生菌联合四联疗法能够提高幽门螺杆菌根除率,促进疗效,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床应用和推广。To evaluate the clinical effect of probiotics combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in elderly population.One hundred and twenty-four elderly patients with Hp positive gastritis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control and observation groups,62 in each group.The two groups were given the quadruple therapy(riberazole+amoxicillin+levofloxacin+bismuth potassium citrate)but the observation group was further given probiotics(bifidobacterium lactobacillus bifidum triplet).The efficacy was compared between the two groups.The eradication rate of Hp,cure rate,effective rate and total effective rate in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)while the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Probiotics combined with quadruple therapy can improve the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori,promote the curative effect,and has low incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
