流动老人社会融合影响因素研究

摘　　要：人口老龄化和迁徙家庭化趋势下,迁移子女的父母成为流动人口的重要组成。基于扎根理论,利用理论饱和抽样的方法选取10位流动老人进行入户访谈,利用Nvivo 11软件开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码的三级编码技术,分析归纳影响流动老人社会融合的主要因素并构建流动老人社会融合影响因素模型。研究表明,影响流动老人社会融合的因素包括个体因素、家庭因素、社会支持因素和政策保障因素四个方面,并据此从内生与外延两大层面提出提升流动老人社会融合的对策建议。With the trend of population aging,the immigration of children’s parents become an important component of the floating population.This study is based on the research method of the grounded theory,and uses the method of theoretical saturation sampling to select 10 mobile old people for indoor interview.By using the three-level coding techniques of Nvivo 11 software open coding,principal axis coding and selective coding,a model of the factors influencing the social integration of the mobile elderly is constructed based on the analysis of main factors affecting the social integration of the mobile elderly.The research demonstrates that there were four factors affecting the elder immigrants’social integration:individual factors,family factors,social support factors and policy guarantee factors.Corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the social integration of the elder immigrant from the two aspects of endogenesis and extension.
