摘　　要：新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤动物模型是指在围生期动物建立缺氧、缺血条件,模拟其病理过程的模型。主要的造模方法包括阻断动脉血管、夹闭气管和产前造成宫内缺氧等。本文对缺氧缺血性脑损伤动物模型的进展和模型评估等方面进行综述。The animal model of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage refers to ischemia and hypoxia conditions to duplicate the pathogenesis and pathological progress in the perinatal animals.The main modeling methods include blocking arterial vessels,clipping trachea and prenatal intrauterine anoxia and so on.The paper mainly reviewed the progress and evaluation of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage animal models.
