摘  要:有效的创新创业型人才培养核心在于提升学生的创新创业能力,创新创业能力是由多维要素构成的。促进多维创业能力的形成和发展需要遵循创造型人才培养的客观规律,构建出提升多维创业能力各要素正向发展的途径和方法。依据"多元智力基础—综合创造力开发—综合创造力应用"的阶段式培养原则,针对创新创业能力的多维构成,明晰能力形成和发展的内部影响机理,利用"教学体系""实践体系""指导服务体系"和"隐性环境"等关键影响因素和有效影响途径的作用,构建系统的影响机制模型,将会使高校创新创业教育较好地融入人才培养全过程,启发创新创业教育与专业教育的有机结合,切实培养具有创新创业能力的高素质专业型人才,更好地满足国家创新驱动发展战略迫切的人才需求。To improve undergraduates enterprise competencies is the core factor of talent cultivation model in university.The enterprise competencies are composed of multi-dimensional factors,and its fomation and development needs follow talent cultivation policies.According to three stage model:theory of multiple intelligence,comprehensive creativity exploitation and appling to practice,for multi-dimensional enterprise competencies construction,it builds an effective influence model of Enterprise Competencies by analysis its creation and internal development influence model through interaction with educational system,practice system,guidance service system and hidden environment,etc.This model help universities integrate enterprise education into the whole talent cultivation,enlighten and persuade combinnation of Enterprise Education and Professional Education,improve undergraduates enterprise competencies,and also satisfied to the imperious demands to entrepreneurial talents for the state macro economic strategy.
