摘 要:用室内模拟培养实验考察纳米TiO_2对土壤中硝态氮质量比及硝酸还原酶(nitrate reductase,NR)活性的影响.结果表明:纳米TiO_2可降低土壤中硝态氮质量比和NR活性,随着培养时间的增加,降低程度呈先增加后降低的趋势;在相同采样时间下,纳米TiO_2在不同土壤中硝态氮质量比和NR活性的降低程度为沙土>黑土>草炭土,且降低程度随纳米TiO_2添加量的增加而增加;紫花苜蓿使纳米TiO_2对土壤中硝态氮质量比和NR活性的降低程度减弱.因此,纳米TiO_2可降低土壤反硝化作用强度和速率;紫花苜蓿可降低纳米TiO_2的生物毒性.The effect of nano-TiO2 on the mass ratio ofnitrate nitrogen and activity of nitrate reductase(NR)in soils were investigated bylaboratory simulation experiments.The results show that the nano-TiO 2 can reduce the mass ratio of nitrate nitrogen and the activity of NR in soil,with the increase of time,the degree of reduction increased first andthen decreased.Under the same sampling time,the mass ratio of nitrate nitrogen and NR activity of nano\|TiO\-2 in different types of soil decrease as follows:sandy soil>black soil>peat soil,and the degree of reduction increases with the increase of nano-TiO 2 addition.In the presence of alfalfa,nano-TiO 2 decreases the mass ratio of nitrate nitrogen and NR activity in the soil.Therefore,the nano-TiO 2 can reduce theintensity and rate of soil denitrification,and alfalfa can reduce the biological toxicity of nano-TiO 2.
