摘　　要：把科研成果与基础化学实验教学相结合,设计了石墨烯/聚苯胺合成及应用的综合型实验。采用鳞片石墨制备氧化石墨烯,通过水合肼还原得到石墨烯,并用原位聚合法制备出不同质量分数的石墨烯/聚苯胺杂化材料。采用透射电镜、拉曼光谱、红外光谱、X衍射对所制备的杂化材料进行表征。通过测试裸露碳钢片、聚苯胺以及不同质量分数杂化材料的塔菲尔腐蚀极化曲线来衡量不同材料在涂料中的防腐性能差异。该综合性实验有利于培养综合性、创新性人才。In combination of scientific research achievements with basic chemical experimental teaching,a comprehensive experiment of the synthesis and application of graphene/polyaniline is designed.Graphene oxide is prepared from the flake graphite,graphene is reduced by hydrazine hydrate,and graphene/polyaniline hybrid materials with different mass fraction are prepared by in-situ polymerization.The prepared hybrid materials are characterized by the transmission electron microscopy,Raman spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy and X diffraction.Tafel corrosion polarization curves of exposed carbon steel sheets,polyaniline and hybrid materials with different mass fractions are used to measure the corrosion resistance of different materials in coatings.This comprehensive experiment is conducive to the training of comprehensive and innovative talents.
