摘　　要：通过对工业4.0的技术特点和人才需求的分析,研究了工业4.0背景下高等职业院校公共实训基地的建设、管理机制,提出综合实训教学体系构建、实训基地师资队伍建设、校企深度合作等实训基地建设模式,以及公共实训基地的管理体制、网络服务机制和创新合作的运行服务模式。Through analyzing the technical characteristics of industry 4.0,the construction and management mechanism of the public training bases in higher vocational colleges under the background of industry 4.0 are studied.The construction of the comprehensive training teaching system,the construction of the teaching staff,the deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises,etc.,in the training base are proposed.The government management system,construction of the network service mechanism and operation service mode of innovative cooperation in such base are put forward.
