摘 要:测验法发端于近代欧美国家,它于1919年"五四"运动前后传入中国。在一些教育家们的大力宣传和推动下,智力测验及各科测验在20世纪二三十年代的中国盛极一时。测验法旨在测定学生的智能及学业成绩,为学级分班、升级留级、入学考试及教学诊断等提供参考。测验法对民国时期的教育及教学产生了深远影响,但由于国情及测验法自身的不足,它在当时并没有被长期采用。时至今日,测验法已成为一种重要的教育研究方法,它对于我们今天的教育及教学评价仍然具有重要价值。The test method began in modern European and American countries.It was introduced into China about before and after“the May 4th Movement”in 1919.After some educators’propaganda and promoting vigorously,the intelligence test and test in all the subjects were in fashion in a period of 1920s and 1930s.The test method was aimed at measurinng the students’capacity and their academic performance,in order to provide the reference for class grouping,upgrading and repeating,entrance examination and teaching diagnosis etc.The test method produced a profound influence on the Republic of China’s education and teaching,but it hadn’t been used for a long time on account of the national conditions and the test method’s own shortcoming.Today,the test method has become an important method of education research,and it still has the significant value for our education and teaching assessment.
