摘  要:为了解决分布式清洁电源出力的间歇性影响其充分利用的问题,通过需求侧主动参与微网调度,构建计及分类负荷需求响应的微网优化模型。根据负荷用电时段、用电时长等特性将用户可控负荷描述为3种可控负荷的用电状态函数,并将3种可控负荷经价格型需求响应函数变换后计入全天各时段用电负荷函数。以发电成本最低及用户电费最省为多目标优化,提出一种跟随风电波动的负荷变化率,度量可控负荷跟随风电变化的效果。以一个含风机、柴油机及可控负荷的微网为例进行仿真,仿真结果表明,计及分类负荷需求响应的微网优化模型可对负荷进行用电时段调整、优化负荷曲线波动状况、有效减少弃风及降低用户用电成本,通过源荷协调实现微网的环保经济运行。To solve the inadequate utilization problem of distributed clean power which is affected by its intermittent output,through the active participation of demand-side response in microgrid scheduling,an optimization model of microgrid is constructed considering the classified load and demand-side response.The controllable user load is described as three state functions of controllable load according to characteristics such as periods and duration of loads,and the three types of controllable load can be included in the electricity load function of each period during the whole day after the transformation by a price-based demand-side response function.The lowest electricity generation cost and the minimum electricity consumption charge of users are set as multiple objectives in the optimization process,and a kind of load changing rate which follows the wind power fluctuation is proposed to measure the effect of controllable load that changes with wind power.A microgrid consisting of a wind turbine,a diesel engine and controllable load is taken as an example.Simulation results show that the optimization model of microgrid with the consideration of classified load and demand-side response can adjust load periods,optimize the load curve fluctuation,reduce the abandoned wind effectively,lower the electricity consumption cost of users,and realize the operation of microgrid environmentally and economically through the coordination between source and load.
