摘 要:目的:探讨青少年身体形态指标与身体成分及肌肉力量的关系,以期寻找可以预测青少年身体成分和肌肉力量变化的简易指标。方法:招募北京市某中学12~14岁少年50人,其中男生23人,女生27人。用生物电阻抗体成分仪(Inbody J20)测身体成分,用国民体质监测设备测握力、背力、立定跳远。结果:1)体脂百分比与腰围身高比呈中度正相关(r=0. 527,P <0. 01),高于体脂百分比与体重指数(r=0.499,P <0. 01)、与腰围(r=0.441,P<0.01)的相关系数,体脂百分比与腰臀比无显著相关;肌肉量与体重指数呈中度正相关(r=0.793,P<0.01),较腰围(r=0.789,P<0.01)、腰围身高比(r=0.635,P<0.01)、腰臀比(r=0.452,P<0.01)相关程度高。腰围身高比与握力低度正相关(r=0.444,P<0.01),与背力低度正相关(r=0.410,P <0.01); 2)立定跳远与体重指数、腰围身高比、腰臀比无相关性; 3)多元逐步回归分析显示,腰围身高比对男生的体脂百分比有56.9%预测能力,体重指数对女生体脂百分比有61.8%的预测能力,性别和腰围身高比共同对青少年的体脂百分比有55.5%的预测能力;腰围与腰围身高比共同对青少年握力有45.8%的预测、对背力有43.1%的预测。结论:腰围身高比对于青少年的体脂百分比有较好的预测和描述,腰围身高比和腰围共同对握力和背力有一定的预测能力。腰围身高比可以作为简单的评价指标来评价青少年的身体成分和肌肉力量。Objective:To investigate the relationship between anthropometry variables and body composition,muscle strength of adolescents.Methods:50 adolescents aged 12~14 years(m=23,f=17)in Beijing were recruited.The body composition was measured with Inbody J20,and the grip force,back force and long jump by the national physique monitoring equipment.Results:1)The waist height ratio(WHtR)is moderately correlated with body fat percentage,(r=0.527,P<0.01),higher than the correlation coefficient between body fat percentage and BMI(r=0.499,P<0.01)and waist circumference(r=0.441,P<0.01);body fat percentage is not correlated with waist-height ratio(WHR).The BMI is moderately correlated with the Muscle strength(r=0.793,P<0.01),higher than the correlation coefficient with WHR(r=0.635,P<0.01),waist circumference(r=0.452,P<0.01).WHtR is correlated at a low level with grip force(r=0.444,P<0.01)and back strength(r=0.410,P<0.01);2)There was no correlation between standing long jump and BMI,WHtR and WHR;3)Multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that the WHtR can predict 56.9%of body fat percentage in boys,and the BMI can predict 61.8%of body fat percentage in girls.Gender and WHtR commonly are 55.5%predictive of body fat in teenagers;waist circumference and WHtR together can predict 45.8%of grip force and 43.1%of back strength.Conclusion:WHtR can better predict and describe body fat percentage of adolescents;WHtR and WHR are both predictive of grip strength and back strength;WHtR can be used as a simple indicator to evaluate the body composition and muscle strength of adolescents.
