视频辅助培训在提高护士急救能力中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨视频辅助培训在提高急诊科护士急救能力中的应用效果。方法 2016年1月至2017年12月,便利抽样法选取在上海市某三级甲等专科医院接受规范化培训的护士80名为研究对象。按入职先后将其分为对照组(2016年1-12月入职)和观察组(2017年1-12月入职),每组40名。对照组护士接受急诊科护士规范化培训,即急诊科带教老师示范教授;而观察组护士在对照组的基础上增加除颤、双水平气道正压通气(bilevel positive airway pressure,BiPAP)呼吸机使用、有创呼吸机使用、心肺复苏机使用、气管插管配合、气管镜吸痰配合等操作视频二维码的使用。培训期为6个月,培训结束后考核护士的急救操作成绩、医生对护士急救能力的满意度评分。结果观察组护士各项急救操作成绩均高于对照组护士,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。医生对护士的急救能力满意度得分亦高于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频辅助培训可提高急救护士的急救能力、提高医生对护士急救能力的满意度,且具有便捷、安全、经济等优点,适合在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of video-assisted training in improving the emergency management ability of nurses in emergency department.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,80 nurses received standardization training in a first-class ternary hospital in Shanghai were selected and divided into control group(from January to December 2016)and observation group(from January to December 2017),with 40 nurses in each group.Nurses in the control group received standardized training of emergency nursing.In addition to the standardized training,nurses in the observation group were given the training of defibrillation,bilevel positive airway pressure(BiPAP),invasive ventilator,cardiopulmonary resuscitator and tracheal intubation by using two-dimensional code video.After six months training,nurses'first aid skill and doctors’satisfaction were evaluated.Results The performance of nurses in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The doctors’satisfaction rate of nurses’first aid ability was also higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Video-assisted training can improve nurses’first aid ability and doctors’satisfaction with nurses’ability,which is convenience,safe and economic,so it is suitable for clinical application.
