摘 要:选用高、中、低淀粉型马铃薯品种各3个,研究不同淀粉型马铃薯品种(系)的光合特性及产量差异,为马铃薯高淀粉品种选育、高产调优栽培及淀粉品质改良提供理论依据。研究结果表明,除‘大同里外黄’和‘青薯2号’,不同质量分数淀粉马铃薯的叶绿素质量分数、光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2摩尔分数及产量均差异显著(P<0.05),以‘青薯9号’为最高;随着块茎淀粉质量分数的提高,马铃薯的叶绿素质量分数、光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2摩尔分数及产量均有升高的趋势,且淀粉型间差异显著(P<0.05);马铃薯的光合作用受气孔因素影响。因此,高淀粉型马铃薯品种(系)叶片光合能力强,可以形成更高的产量。Three potato varieties with high-,middle-and low-mass fraction of starch were used to evaluated the difference of photosynthetic characteristics and yield,and to explore theoretical references for high-starch variety breeding,high yield and optimal cultivation,and improvement of starch quality in potato.The results showed that with the exception of‘Datongliwaihuang’and‘Qingshu No.2’,the chlorophyll mass fraction,photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO 2 concentration and yield all indicated significant difference among potato varieties at 0.05 level,and‘Qingshu No.9’was the highest among them.With the increase of starch mass fraction in tuber,chlorophyll mass fraction,photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO 2 mole fraction and yield increased as well,and the difference between high-,middle-and low-starch mass fraction groups were significant at 0.05 level.Meanwhile,the study revealed the photosynthesis of the potato was controlled by stomatal factor.Therefore,high-starch potato varieties(lines)are characterized as strong photosynthetic capacity,and yielded more.
