摘 要:通过对知识服务驱动力、障碍因素等进行分析,设计云计算产业联盟知识服务云平台架构,对联盟知识服务平台化管理模式进行改进和流程优化。根据知识特性设计适用于云计算产业联盟的知识服务模式,实现不同类型知识的获取、存储与共享,进而提高云计算产业联盟知识资源共享效率,提升现阶段联盟知识服务水平。通过与3种传统的知识服务模式效果进行仿真对比分析,发现基于云平台的产业联盟知识服务模式,能够提高知识资源创新与应用效率。Through the analysis of the driving force and obstacle factors of knowledge service,the cloud platform architecture of cloud computing industry alliance knowledge service is designed,and improving the management model of the alliance knowledge service platform and optimize the process.According to the knowledge characteristic to design the knowledge service mode which can be applied to cloud computing industry alliance.The model of knowledge service based on cloud platform realizes the acquisition,storage and sharing of different knowledge types.Through the simulation and comparison of traditional knowledge service model effects,it is found that there are three kinds of industry alliance knowledge service models based on cloud platform,which improves knowledge resource innovation and application efficiency.
