城市老年人的机构养老意愿及其影响因素——基于2017年广州老年人调查数据的分析

摘　　要：本文依据2017年广州市老年人生活状况调查资料,对城市老年人住养老院及其主要服务需求意愿状况进行了描述分析。研究发现,城市老年人住养老院的意愿比较强,但具有很大的不确定性;老年人最希望养老院提供医疗保健和临终照护服务。老年人的机构养老意愿存在群体差异,家庭、社会、健康、经济和养老观念等因素导致老年人的机构养老意愿具有多样性和多层次性。医养结合服务对城市老年人和养老机构发展都具有重要意义。Based on the survey data of the living status of the elderly in Guangzhou in 2017,the paper explores the needs and intentions of the urban elderly to live in social elderly care and support institutions by descriptive analysis.The findings show that the urban elderly have higher intentions to live in social elderly care and support institutions,and most expected service from such institutions are medical and health cares as well as deathbed cares.However their intentions has much high flexibility with great differences among different group.The factors such as family,society,health status,economic status,and idea of elderly support bring the variety of their intentions and attitude for living with institutional elderly care and supports.Providing the services focusing on medication and living cares and supports to the elderly is the right way to meet the elderly’s need by social elderly care-support institutions.
