摘　　要：坚持推动构建人类命运共同体是新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略。人类命运共同体是当前全球治理的中国方案,在根本意义上,人类命运共同体首先必然是"人类文化共同体"。人类命运共同体的提出,是对当前日益加剧的不同文化形态之间矛盾冲突的积极回应,它提供了一种紧迫而且可行的行动方案,有助于化解当前被裹挟到全球化浪潮中的不同文化形态之间的紧张关系,稀释全球化趋势下日益加剧的文化压力。It is the basic strategy of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics to insist on promoting construction of the human destiny community in the new era.The human destiny community is the Chinese scheme of the current global governance.In the fundamental sense,the human destiny community must be the"Human Cultural Community"first.The proposal of the human destiny community is a positive response to the increasing conflicts among current diverse cultures,which provides an urgent and feasible action plan to help resolve the current tension among different cultures coerced into the tide of globalization,and dilute the increasing cultural pressure in the trend of globalization.
