摘　　要：采用尼群地平的二步法合成路线,研究了反应物用量比例、反应时间、β-氨基巴豆酸甲酯用量对反应产率的影响。对产物结构用红外光谱进行了表征,合成方法操作简单,适合工业化生产。The two step synthesis route of nitrendipine was used.The effects of reaction times,dosage of reactants,and dosage of methyl 3-aminocrotonate on the yield were studied.Nitrendipine was characterized with IR.The synthetic method was simple and suitable for industrial production.
