摘　　要：以某SUV车架为例,对车架的结构特点进行分析,利用Hypermesh软件建立了车架的力学模型。对车架的约束和所受载荷进行处理,通过对车架强度和刚度进行分析计算,可以找到车架的薄弱部位,为以后设计和优化车架提供了一定的参考。Taking an SUV frame as an example,the structural characteristics of the frame are analyzed,and the mechanical model of the frame is established by using Hypermesh software.By analyzing and calculating the strength and stiffness of the frame,the weak parts of the frame can be found,which provides a certain reference for the future design and optimiza-tion of the frame.
