摘　　要："道德绑架"现象近年来日益受到社会公众的热切关注。道德绑架行为大多发生在公共生活领域,它隐含了对被绑架者较高的道德期待,是对某一个体或群体的精神性强制。道德绑架行为的伪善性主要表现在:道德绑架者只说不做,只对他人布道,自己却不去做要求别人做到的道德行为;道德绑架者内心的道德愿望与其外部表露出来的行为不一致,往往口是心非;道德绑架者自以为是正义和善的化身,热衷于评价别人的行为,严以律人,宽以待己。道德绑架行为的伪善性与道德绑架者个人的道德经验密切相关,源于道德绑架者强调主观动机的善。道德绑架戕害了个体的道德自由和道德权利,模糊了社会生活中的善恶标准,破坏了社会的公序良俗。In recent years,moral kidnapping has been highly concerned and frequently discussed in public life.Moral kidnapping mostly occurs in public life fields,which implies a higher moral expectation of the kidnapped and is a kind of spiritual force upon an individual or a group.The essence of moral kidnapping is moral hypocrisy which is mainly demonstrated in the following aspects:the kidnapper only says without doing deeds,only preaches to other people while he himself doesn′t behave morally as is required of other people;the inner moral desires of the kidnapper are not always consistent with his outer behaviors;the kidnapper always takes himself as the incarnation of justice and kindness for granted,being keen on commenting on other people,being strict with other people whereas being tolerant with himself.The hypocrisy of moral kidnapping is closely connected with the kidnapper′s own experience,which is originated from the kindness of subjective motivation emphasized by the kidnapper.Moral kidnapping damages the individual′s moral freedom and moral rights,blurs the standard of right and wrong in social life,and destroys the order and customs of the society.
