摘　　要：以16家上市银行为研究对象,在战略柔性框架的基础上探讨我国商业银行在业务创新过程中的战略选择,即连续性力量和变革性力量对创新绩效的影响。结果显示:连续性力量正向影响渐进式创新绩效,变革性力量正向影响突破式创新绩效;高连续性力量-低变革性力量的组合会为商业银行带来渐进式创新绩效,低连续性力量-高变革性力量和高连续性力量-高变革性力量的组合会带来突破式创新绩效。因此,我国商业银行不仅要实现传统业务和创新型业务的协同发展,还要积极与各方面渠道合作,提升顾客服务水平。此外,还应在丰富产品组合的同时,加强创新型人才队伍建设。This paper takes 16 listing banks as sample,and discusses the strategic choice of Chinese commercial banks during the process of innovation on the basis of strategic flexibility framework,that is,the influence of continuity force and transformative force on innovation performance.The result shows that,continuity force positively affects incremental innovation performance and change force positively affects radical innovation performance;the combination of high continuity force and low change force leads to incremental innovation performance,and the combination of low continuity and high change and that of high continuity and high change lead to radical innovation performance.Therefore,this paper provides some suggestions that Chinese commercial banks should not only realize the cooperative development of traditional business and innovative business,but also cooperate with various channels actively to improve the customer service level.In addition,they should also enrich the product mix while strengthening the building of innovative talents.
