多种教学方法使本科实习生迅速掌握炎症性皮肤病治疗原则

摘　　要：临床实习是医学生在校教育的重要阶段,但是学生进入临床实习后即发现基础理论与临床实践脱离。同时,皮肤性病学病种繁多,且疾病分类上仍比较混乱。在皮肤性病学的学习中炎症性疾病常见、多发,是本科实习生学习的重点。因此,如何利用有限的学时,找到更加有效的教学方法,使本科实习生更好、更快地掌握这部分知识,是皮肤性病学实习中亟待解决的问题。文章根据皮肤性病学教学特点,分析教学过程中存在的主要问题,并依据多年的临床带教经验,针对炎症性皮肤病提出见解,采用多种教学方法来提高临床实习的学习效率。Clinical practice is an important stage for medical students’school education,but they find the basic theory and clinical practice are detached after they entered the clinical practice.At the same time,there are many kinds of dermatovenereology,and the classification of diseases is still confusing.In the study of dermatology,inflammatory skin diseases are common and frequent,which is the focus of undergraduate interns.Therefore,how to use limited time to find more effective teaching methods to enable undergraduate interns master this part of knowledge better and faster is a problem to be solved urgently in dermatovenereology practice.This article analyzes the main problems in the teaching process according to the characteristics of dermatovenereology teaching.Based on years of experience in clinical teaching,it proposes opinions on inflammatory skin diseases and uses a variety of teaching methods to improve the efficiency of clinical practice.
