眼底照相对检测近视眼后巩膜葡萄肿中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼底照相在近视眼后巩膜葡萄肿中的检测价值。方法:选择189例近视患者作为近视组,选择189例视力正常的人作为对照组,两组都给予光学相干断层成像仪(OCT)检查、眼底照相和间接检眼镜检查,记录后巩膜葡萄肿检出情况。结果:两组的视网膜神经纤维层厚度地形图都呈双驼峰型。近视组的SA值高于对照组(P <0. 05),两组的T-TA值对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。近视组眼底照相的误诊、漏诊率及检查时间均显著少于间接检眼镜,两组比较差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:近视眼患者多伴随有后巩膜葡萄肿,眼底照相检查速度快、检出率高,可作为OCT检查的补充。Objective:To investigate the value of fundus photography in the detection of posterior scleral staphyloma in myopia.Methods:189 cases of myopia patients were selected as myopia group,and 189 cases of normal eyesight people were selected as normal group.The two groups were examined by optical coherence tomography(OCT),indirect ophthalmoscope and fundus photography;and the posterior sclera staphyloma were recorded.Results:The thickness of the retinal nerve fiber layer in the two groups showed a double hump type.The SA value in the myopia group was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the T-TA value between the two groups(P>0.05).The misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate and examination time of fundus photography were significantly less than those of indirect ophthalmoscope(P<0.05).Conclusion:Myopia is often accompanied by posterior scleral staphyloma.Fundus photography has a high inspection speed and high detection rate.It can be used as a supplement to OCT inspection.
