1例妊娠期乳腺癌患者的护理体会

摘　　要：患者以"发现左乳肿物"为主诉入院,外院专家建议终止妊娠,采取系统乳腺癌治疗,患者拒绝,要求保胎,于孕23周至广东省中医院就诊,行左乳+左腋下肿物穿刺活检术,病理结果显示左乳浸润性导管癌,cT3N3M0 ⅢC期;采取新辅助化疗-分娩-分娩后新辅助化疗、手术及后续放疗、内分泌治疗方案施行治疗,并配合心理护理、血栓预防、产前与产后观察等精心护理后,母婴预后良好。Patient,female,31 years old,admitted to hospital mainly because of the fi nding of the mass in the left breast.Experts in the surgical hospital recommended termination of pregnancy and taking the systematic treatment of breast cancer.But the patient refused and asked for tocolysis.The patient was admitted to hospital since the gestational weeks more than 23 weeks,and performed with the aspiration biopsy of the mass in the left breast and under the left armpit.Pathological fi ndings showed left breast infi ltrating ductal carcinoma,in cT3N3M0ⅢC stage.After the new adjuvant chemotherapy-delivery-delivery treatment,the patient was still treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,surgery,subsequent radiotherapy,and endocrine therapy,assisted with the nurse with the best of care,such as psychological nursing,thrombus prevention,prenatal and postnatal observation and others.Finally,the prognosis of maternal and infant was good.
