摘 要:目的探讨不同年龄阶段近视儿童配戴角膜塑型镜的效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月于我院配戴角膜塑型镜治疗的200例近视儿童,根据不同年龄阶段分为8~10岁组(100例)与11~12岁组(100例)。比较两组患儿治疗前与治疗1年后的裸眼远视力、眼轴长度及不良反应情况。结果 8~10岁组治疗1年后的裸眼远视力情况明显优于11~12岁组(P <0.05)。8~10岁组治疗1年后眼轴长度明显低于11~12岁组患儿(P <0.05)。8~10岁组与11~12岁组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论配戴角膜塑型镜能够有效降低眼轴长度变化程度,具有较高的安全性,且对于8~10岁低年龄近视患儿的疗效更加明显,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of orthokeratology lenses on different ages of children with myopia.Methods 200 cases of myopia children with orthokeratology lenses in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into 8 to 10 years old group(100 cases)and 11 to 12 years old group(100 cases)according to different ages.The uncorrected distance visual acuity,axial length before treatment and 1 year after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The uncorrected distance visual acuity of 8 to 10 years old group was significantly better than that of 11 to 12 years old group 1 year after treatment(P<0.05).The axial length of 8 to 10 years old group was significantly lower than that of 11 to 12 years old group 1 year after treatment(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between 8 to 10 years old group and 11 to 12 years old group(P>0.05).Conclusions Orthokeratology lenses can effectively reduce the change degree of axial length,with higher safety,and is more effective for 8 to 10 years old children with myopia,which is worthy of promotion and application.
