116例胸腺瘤术后患者预后影响因素分析

摘　　要：分析影响胸腺瘤术后患者预后的因素,为胸腺瘤患者术后治疗选择提供理论依据。回顾性分析自2002年10月至2012年11月在我院行手术治疗的116例胸腺瘤患者,其中男性53例,女性63例,中位年龄54岁,55例患者术后行放疗。分析影响患者5年总生存及无进展生存率的预后相关因素;并筛选出独立的预后影响因素。单因素分析结果显示:年龄、切缘情况、是否伴发重症肌无力(Myasthenia Gravis,MG)、WHO组织学分型与Masaoka分期与患者的总生存预后相关,切缘情况、术后放疗、WHO组织学分型与Masaoka分期与患者的无进展生存预后相关。多因素分析显示:切缘情况及Masaoka分期是影响患者总生存预后的独立危险因素,术后放疗是影响患者无进展生存预后的独立危险因素。To explore factors affecting the survival in patients of thymoma resection.To provide a valuable reference for selecting comprehensive treatments after surgery.Clinic opathological data of 116 thymoma patients who underwent resection in our hospital from October 2002 to November 2012 were collected and reviewed in this study.Male patients 53 cases,female 63 cases.The median age is 54 including 55 patients with postoperative radiotherapy.Using Log-rank test to analyze the single factor influencing the prognosis of patients.Using Cox regression analysis to find the independent factors affecting the prognosis.evaluate the effect of postoperative radiotherapy.Single factor analysis showed that age,resection edge,MG,the WHO type and Masaoka stages were associated with prognosis of overall survival.Multiple factors analysis showed that the resection edge and Makaosa stages were the independent risk factors affect the overall survival prognosis of patients.Resection edge,postoperative radiotherapy,WHO type and Masaoka stages were associated with the progression free survival prognosis of patients.Postoperative radiotherapy was the independent risk factor affect the progression free survival prognosis.
