平衡康复与复元理念下精神分裂症社区康复的实证研究

摘　　要：采用社会实验法,将70例研究对象随机分为试验组与对照组各35例。试验组运用平衡康复理论和个案管理模式,对照组不加以干预。通过阳性阴性症状(PANSS)量表评定精神病性症状,个人和社会功能(PSP)功能量表评定社会功能及人际交往。结果:干预前两组PANSS和PSP量表得分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。干预后6个月、12个月,两组阴性症状分、一般精神病理分和总分有统计学意义(t=0.069,-1.106,-1.124;t=-3.933,-1.738,-2.148;P<0.05),两组PSP量表得分有统计学意义(t=-2.256,-2.081;P<0.05)。运用平衡康复与复原理念对于改善症状、提升社会功能可行并有效,有利于患者社区康复。Using social experiment method,70 schizophrenics were randomly divided into 2 groups,and each group had 35 patients.The research team was guided by the balanced rehabilitation,as well as adopted case management.The control group didn't intervene.Using the Positive and Negative Symptoms(PANSS)scale evaluated the psychopathology,and the Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP)was used to estimate the social function and interpersonal relationships.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of the PANSS scales and PSP scales before intervention(P>0.05).At 6 months and 12 months after intervention,there were significant differences in negative symptom scores,general psychopathological scores,and total scores between the two groups(t=0.069,-1.106,-1.124;t=-3.933,-1.738,-2.148;P<0.05).The scores of PSP scales in the two groups were statistically significant(t=-2.256,-2.081;P<0.05).Compared with traditional rehabilitation,the balanced rehabilitation is feasible and effective for improving the community schizophrenics'symptoms and improving social function.
