韩非的“利民”思想及其当代启示

摘　　要：从韩非"利民"思想的现实基础和实现路径两个维度,梳理和探讨了韩非"利民"思想在基于现实社会状况和时代诉求之上的来源和践行举措。认为针对当前社会农业发展粗放、法治意识缺失、道德失范现象频发等问题,重新审视韩非"利民"思想,对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。From the two aspects of the realistic basis and the realization path of Han Fei's“Favorable to the People”thinking,this paper sorts out and discusses the sources and practices of Han Fei's“Favorable to the People”thinking based on the display of social conditions and appeal of the times.It is believed that in view of the current extensive development of social agriculture,the lack of awareness of the rule of law,and the frequent occurrence of moral anomie,re-examining Han Fei's thinking of“Favorable to the People”has important practical significance for building a socialist harmonious society.
