摘　　要：随着内燃机排放的要求越来越严格,乘用车汽油机将向高升功率、小型化、增压直喷的方向发展,这对活塞提出更高的要求和挑战。综述燃料多样化、活塞材料、轻量化、降摩擦、一环槽保护技术、带冷却油道活塞、销孔铜套、外圆型线、销孔型线、制造技术等方面活塞技术的发展趋势。With the emission requirements of internal combustion engines being strict,gasoline engines of passenger cars will be developed in the direction of high specific volume power,miniaturization,highly-turbocharged direct injection,which puts forward higher requirements and challenges for pistons.In this paper,the development trend of piston technology is discussed from the aspects of fuel diversification,piston material,lightweight,friction reduction,one-ring groove protection technology,piston with cooling oil channel,pin hole copper sleeve,outer circular line,pin hole type line,manufacturing technology and so on.
