高校学生创新创业能力培养体系研究与构建——以电子科技大学计算机学院为例

摘　　要：高校作为高素质人才培养的重要高地,要为培养社会主义现代化建设需要的高精尖人才进行有益的探索和实践。高素质人才不仅具有创新意识、科学精神和优良的心理品质,还具有合理的知识结构和创新能力。创新创业能力培养是适应时代要求的必然要求,它把创新意识和创业能力培养作为教育的核心内容和追求的基本目标。本文以电子科技大学计算机学院为例,对构建高素质人才创新创业能力的培养体系的研究与构建进行深入的讨论,切实推进高校创新创业教育改革,全面提高人才培养质量,努力造就大众创业万众创新的生力军。As an important highland for the cultivation of high-quality talents,colleges and universities must carry out useful exploration and practice for cultivating the high-tech talents needed for socialist modernization.High-quality talents not only have innovative consciousness,scientific spirit and excellent psychological quality,but also have reasonable knowledge structure and innovative ability.The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the requirements of the times.It regards the cultivation of innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability as the core content of education and the basic goal of pursuit.Taking the School of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as an example,this paper conducts in-depth discussions on the research and construction of the system for the training of high-quality talents'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,in order to effectively promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,comprehensively improve the quality of talent training,and strive to create new force for mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
